Consider
Automatic Delivery.
Now you can forget about calling for your deliveries.
With Automatic Delivery we already know what’s in your tank and how much
– keeping us informed as to how much you’re going to need and
forecasting the best possible price for each and every customer.
This winter dozens of customers will run out of fuel or
oil. It’s easy enough to do when you forget about what’s being used
and how quickly it can sometimes run dry. When it happens though it’s a
hang-up – especially for home heating fuel. It’s cold, inconvenient,
and it could cost an excess of unnecessary bills for repairs to broken
equipment or pipes.
It doesn’t have to happen if you’ve been registered
with us as an Automatic Delivery. If you take advantage of our Automatic
Delivery, we’ll carefully monitor what’s in your tank and make sure
you always have enough to keep things running smoothly.
No more checking you tank every couple of days, no more
remembering to call, no more trying to plan ahead – no more hassle, just
the safety and security to keep you family warm and your business running.
Best of all Automatic Delivery is absolutely FREE. It’s
something we provide because caring about our customers and their
operations is part of our business, too.
Why even nice people run out of fuel
When a person calls for each delivery, they’re increasing the risk
of running out and running empty with ideas of where the money is going to
come from. Even if you’re diligent about checking your tank – you can run
into problems. Why?
Unpredictable Weather
- Cold snaps can catch anyone by surprise and they can easily shorten your
week’s supply of oil to just a few day’s worth. What’s more of a
concern for us is that the fact of the business is that bad weather
conditions can slow us down, too; sometimes demanding that we get more of
a notice than you’re used to giving.
Unexpected Emergencies
- A crisis at work, an ill relative, a change in travel plans –
just about anything really can cause even the best "tank
checker" to lose track and lose their heat or production time.
Automatic Delivery is a simple solution that makes all of the unnecessary
concerns negligible.
How our system
works.
With Automatic Delivery we know when to fill your tank
and how much to fill it with. Thanks to our sophisticated monitoring
system, we can keep track of your fuel usage as well as weather
forecasting. Here’s how it works.
Your K-Factor
- Each home is different but each home has a relative fuel usage
factor. A small home for just one couple needs less fuel to get through a
winter than a split –level house for a family of five. We track your
usage by assigning a figure that’s dependent upon your overall heating
area. It’s a lot like estimating a car’s miles per gallon.
Your Tank Size
- How much you can hold is definitely a factor. You may burn less
fuel than your neighbor, but if you have a smaller tank then you’ll need
a delivery sooner.
Degree Days
- The colder the conditions are, the more "degree days"
we have to endure. Degree Days are those days when your furnace is going
to burn an excess of fuel. Based on daily temperatures, we can multiply
your Degree Days by you K-Factor and know just when you’ll need fueling.
What’s more, we track weather forecasts to anticipate the impact of cold
snaps, blizzards, ice storms, or whatever else mother nature can throw our
way so that we know what’s happening in your fuel tank.
